Instructions
For preparing Arabian samosas, in a big bowl knead in maida,
salt
and olive
oil
with required
water
to make a stiff dough.
Cover it with a lid and keep it aside for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, heat
oil
in a vessel and sautT in the onions till it becomes transparent.
Add in the
beef
mince, all spices,
pepper powder
,
cumin seeds
, ajinomoto and
salt
. Allow the meat to cook in a pressure cooker.
Then remove it from the flame and allow it to cool.
Make lemon sized balls out of the dough and roll it into small thin circles.
Put a spoon full of the
beef
mixture in the middle and fold it into triangle shape.
Repeat the procedure with the remaining dough and
beef
mixture.
Heat
oil
in a deep frying pan and fry the
beef
samosas till they become golden brown in colour.
Arabian samosas are ready. Serve hot with ketchup at tea time.
