Instructions
In pan add 1 tsp
oil
and roast urad dal, coriander seed, red chili, pepper, jeera, poppy seed for this arachivitta sundal kuzhambhu
arachivitta sundal kuzhambhu , we add
coconut
in that roasted masala and allow to cool
Now grind that arachivitta sundal kuzhambhu masala with coarsely and add few shallots and
tomato
Now in pan add
oil
and temper jeera and mustard and fenugreek and jeera with
curry leaves
Now ad chopped shallots ands
brinjal
and saute well and add turmeic and
salt
Now add arachivitta sundal kuzhambhu grind masala and saute well raw smell goes
Now add boiled sundal and mix well
Now add
tamarind
water
and mix well bring to boil arachivitta sundal kuzhambhu. if you needed add little more
water
and bring to boil and turn off
Now its ready to serve arachivitta sundal kuzhambhu . we can serve with rice, idly , dosa and even for roties too
