Arinellikai Pickle
the pickle have lot of varieties. this pickle is one of the quick and easiest pickle which is good side dish for curd rice

Ingredients
  • arinellikai 200 grams –
  • oil 25 ml –
  • salt 3 tsp –
  • Red chili powder : 2 tsp –
  • asafoetida 1/2 tsp –
  • cumin seed 1 tsp –
  • coriander seed 1 tsp –
  • fenugreek seed 1 tsp –
Instructions
  1. dry fry the cumin seed, coriander seed and fenugreek seed and make as powder
  2. clean and wash the arinellikai
  3. in a pan heat the oil
  4. add arinellikai and allow to cook for 5 mins in low flame
  5. add salt, red chili powder and asafoetida and mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins
  6. now add cumin seed, fenugreek seed and coriander seed powder and mix well
  7. allow to cook for 5 mins in low flame
  8. arinellikai pickle is ready to serve
