Ingredients
  • Ash Gourd juice( white pumpkin) – 1/4cup
  • Tender coconut 1/2cup
  • Mango 1chopped
  • Badam Pisin(soaked over nigth) – 2tbsp
  • Sabja Seed(soak before ten mins) – 1tsp
  • Sugar/ palm crystal(pana kalkandu) – 1TSP
  • Tender coconut flesh – 1/ 8cup
Instructions
  1. Soak badam pisin over nigth
  2. soak sabja seed
  3. In blender add tender coconut flesh and badam pisin and blend well
  4. Now make pumkin juice (ash gourd) juice
  5. In glass tumbler pour that mixture
  6. add ash gourd Juice and add vadam Pisin and tender coconut
  7. Now add mango and sabja seed and serve with spoon and straw
