  1. Clean aval well in water and keep it to drain.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan or a kadai.
  3. Splutter mustard seeds and sautT dry red chillies and curry leaves.
  4. Add onion and green chillies and sautT.
  5. Add aval.
  6. Sprinkle a little water along with salt and mix well.
  7. Add grated coconut and mix well.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
