Avarakkai / Broad Beans Rice
this is my own recipe and this recipe is good for lunch box which contains protein and vitamin

  1. prepare steam rice, chop the onion, tomato, red chili and broad beans / avarakkai
  2. heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard, broken urad dal and bengal gram
  3. add curry leaves, onion and red chili and saute it until the onion turn into brown
  4. add tomato and mix well
  5. add ginger garlic paste and mix well
  6. add broad beans / avarakkai and mix well
  7. add salt, turmeric powder and sambar masala and mix well
  8. now add 1 glass of water to cook the broad beans
  9. allow to cook in medium flame
  10. cook until the water get dry
  11. now add steamed rice and mix well, allow in medium flame for 5 mins
  12. broad beans / avarakkai rice id ready
