Ingredients
- Raw banana(Paccha kai) - 2 nos
- Elephant yam(Chena) - 1 cup
- Carrots(big) - 2 nos
- Drumstick(Muringakka) - 2 nos
- Snake gourd(Padavalanga) - 1/2 cup
- Ash gourd(Kumbalanga) - 1/2 cup
- Pumpkin(Mathanga) - 1/2 cup
- Beans(thin ones or slit in the middle) - 8 nos
- Water(upto 1/3rd of vegetables) -
- Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
- Coconut oil - 2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Curry leaves(few) -
For grinding:-
- Grated Coconut - 2 cups
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 sprig
- Green chillies - 4 nos
- Curd - 1/4 cup

Instructions
- Cut all the vegetables lengthwise with 1/2 inch thickness.
- Cook vegetables with water, salt and turmeric powder(add salt only when vegetables are cooked half way through).
- Grind coconut, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies(do not grind finely).
- Once the vegetables are cooked, add the ground paste.
- Cook aviyal till the raw coconut is cooked(do not over cook the Aviyal)
- Add little curd to this and mix it well. Do not let it boil.
- Switch off the flame and add coconut oil and few curry leaves.
