Instructions
Cut
avocado
in half(lengthwise) and remove the seed.
Spoon out
avocado
pulp and drop in blender.
Add
sugar
and blend well.
Add chilled
milk
, cold
water
and
vanilla
essence and blend for a minute.
Milk
shake is now ready to be served.
