  1. Cut avocado in half(lengthwise) and remove the seed.
  2. Spoon out avocado pulp and drop in blender.
  3. Add sugar and blend well.
  4. Add chilled milk, cold water and vanilla essence and blend for a minute.
  5. Milk shake is now ready to be served.
