  1. Grind coconut and perum jeerakam powder to fine paste
  2. Boil oil in pan and add mustard and uluva, curry leaves, ginger, garlic, green chillies, turmeric powder, chilli powder, corriander powder one by one in low flame and let oil seperate.
  3. Now add coconut paste, tamarind water, salt and let it boil.
  4. Add fish and cook in low flame till the oil get seperated.
  5. Now Ayila curry is ready
