Ingredients
  • babycorn 1 cup –
  • black pepper flakes 2 tsp –
  • Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp –
  • Salt to taste –
  • Rice flour : 2 tsp –
  • Corn flour : 2 tsp –
  • Maida : 1 tsp –
  • Oil to fry –
  • Curry leaves(finely chopped) – 2tsp
  • Lime juice – 1tsp
Instructions
  1. par boil the baby corn for 2 mins
  2. cut the baby corn into small pieces
  3. in bowl add baby corn, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper flakes, lemon juice, curry leaves, rice flour, corn flour and maida and mix well
  4. marinate for 15 mins
  5. heat the oil and fry the marinated baby corn till it get golden brown
  6. now baby corn peppery is ready
