  • Garbanzo beans(Kabuli kadala) – 1can
  • Ginger Paste – 1tsp
  • Garlic paste – 1tsp
  • Onion 2nos
  • Coriander powder 4tsp
  • Masala powder – 4tsp
  • Chilly powder – 1tsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Tomatoes – 2nos
  • Oil
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add ginger and garlic paste and stir till brown.
  3. Add chopped onions and stir, till onions are cooked.
  4. Add coriander powder and masala powder and stir, till the smell of masala powder comes out.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and chilly powder and stir well, till the tomatoes blend well.
  6. To this, empty the entire canned Garbanzo beans (with its fluid).
  7. Add salt and stir well.
  8. :- The canned channa cooks in no time.
  9. You may add more water, if required.
