  • Frozen vegetables mix(Green peas, Corn, Carrot, Beans) – 2cups
  • Onions – 2nos
  • Masala powder – 4tsp
  • Chilly powder – 2tsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Basmati rice – 3cups
  • Tomato sauce – 4tsp
  • Soya Sauce – 4tsp
  • Ajinomotto(A small pinch, Optional) –
  • Oil 1cup
  1. Heat half cup of oil in a pan.
  2. Add chopped onions and stir, till red.
  3. Add the vegetable mix.
  4. :- Put this mix in warm water for some time to defrost.
  5. Add masala powder, chilly powder and salt and stir well, till vegetables are cooked.
  6. Transfer all the contents in the pan into another vessel.
  7. Heat the remaining oil in the same pan(without washing the pan).
  8. Add basmati rice and stir fry, till all the rice changes colour.
  9. Add water(1 cup of rice : 1.5 cups of water), tomato sauce, soy sauce and salt.
  10. Add a small pinch of ajinomotto, if desired.
  11. Cook, till rice is done and water is dried up.
  12. Add the cooked vegetables to this and mix well.
