Instructions
Pressure cook red gram,
spinach
,
green chillies
,
garlic
and
tomato
, till the dal is cooked.
:- You get pre-washed
spinach
in any US grocery store. You don`t even have to chop the
spinach
. Just tear it down with your hand easily.
Heat
oil
in a pan.
Add
mustard seeds
and allow them to splutter.
Add the cooked ingredients and stir for a little while.
Add
salt
along with enough
water
.
