Instructions
  1. wash and cut the eggplant and keep aside

  2. In a bowl add all powder and mix eggplant and rest for 10 minutes

  3. In a pan add oil and temper jeera

  4. add onion and fry till golden brown

  5. Now add eggplant and mix well cook for 5 minutes

  6. Now add water and cook in low flame for 10 minutes

  7. Now mash like this in pan and cook for more 5 minutes

  8. Now its ready to serve Baingan Sabji. serve with roti or idly dosa or rice
