Ingredients
- Chicken with skin(cut into pieces) - 1/2 kg
- garlic - 1 tbsp
- Ginger - 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Bread crumbs(As reqd) -
- Egg(beaten) - 1 no
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing baked crispy chicken, clean and drain the chicken pieces till dry.
- Score the chicken with a knife or using a fork poke the chicken pieces.
- Grind together garlic, ginger, lemon juice, green chillies, oil and salt to a paste.
- Marinate the chicken with this paste for 2 hours. Keep it in the fridge.
- Smear oil in a baking tray.
- Take two bowls with bread crumbs and egg.
- Dip each chicken piece in egg then in bread crumbs and place it in the baking tray.
- Bake it till it is cooked.
- Baked crispy chicken is ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
