Instructions
- Grease a baking tray with a little butter.
- Pour the custard mixture over the fruits.
- Spread flaked almonds and groundnuts over it.
- Bake it in an oven mark 130, till it is cooked.
- Once it is cooked remove it from the oven and allow it to cool completely.
- Refrigerate the pudding.
- Baked fruit pudding is ready. Serve cold with jam.
