Ingredients
- Prawn(de-veined, cleaned and finely chopped) - 1/2 kg
- Onions(finely cubed) - 6 nos
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Dry red chilly(flakes) - 1 no
- Ginger - 1/2 inch
- garlic - 6 cloves
- Cumin seeds(A pinch, Jeerakam) -
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Peppercorns - 6 nos
- Cloves(Grambu) - 2 nos
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- For the dough: -
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 125 g
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Egg yolks - 3 nos
- Ghee - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For the dough: 1)For preparing baked prawn snacks, knead maida, baking powder, ghee and salt with required water till the dough becomes soft. Keep it aside.
- Meanwhile, blend green chillies, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt, peppercorns and cloves. Keep it aside.
- Mix together the finely chopped prawns and the above mixture.
- Heat oil in a vessel and sautT the onions till it becomes brown in colour.
- Add in the prawn mixture and fry it well.
- Divide the dough into small even-sized balls.
- Spread them on greased aluminum foil to make a round shape like chappathi. Fill it with prawn stuffing and cover with remaining dough.
- Seal the edges and brush the top with beaten egg yolk to give it a glazed finish.
- Bake in a baking tray till it becomes light brown.
- Baked prawn snacks are ready.
