Ingredients
- Spinach/Palak - 500 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Cheese(grated) - 50 g
- Nutmeg powder(Jathikka) - 1/2 tsp
- Cream(50g) - 3 tbsp
- Mace(JathiPoo) - 1/2 tsp
- Eggs - 2 nos
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1 tbsp
- Milk(225ml) - 1 cup
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Melt butter in a dish and toss in the spinach leaves.
- Pour the white sauce over the spinach and stir well.
- Transfer the spinach mixture into a greased dish.
- Beat eggs and pour it evenly over the spinach.
- Put tomato wedges on the sides and bake it at 180 degrees celsius(350 degrees F) for 15 minutes in the oven.
- Baked spinach is ready.
