Banana Ada
An easy snack with ripe bananas

  • Banana 2nos
  • Eggs – 3nos
  • Sugar 2tsp
  • Oil for deep frying –
  1. Cook banana in water.
  2. Add sugar into egg and beat it well.
  3. Make an omlette using the egg mixture.
  4. Scramble it well.
  5. Mash the cooked banana.
  6. Take a little from the banana mixture and make balls off it.
  7. Spread it out and place the egg mixture on it.
  8. Close this to one end.
  9. Repeat the procedure for the rest of the mixture.
  10. Fry the above in hot oil.
