Ingredients
Egg

Flour –

cup
Sugar
–
3/4
cup
Banana
–

Grated
Coconut
(half cup) –
Cardamom
powder(pinch) –
Salt
(pinch) –
Instructions
Cut the
banana
into small pieces
Heat 2 tbsp
oil
in a pan and saute
banana
and grated
coconut
seperatly till light brown in colour
Beat the
egg
with
sugar
for 4-5 minutes
Add flour and
cardamom
powder and
salt
.mix until just combined.ensure there are no lumps.
Add 3/4 th portion of fried
banana
and grated
coconut
into it and whisk together.do not beat
Convert the mixture into a non stick vessel,cover the top and cook it for 20-25 minutes in low flame
Garnish the
banana
egg
cake with remaining fried
banana
and grated
coconut
when the cake is half cooked
Serve the
banana
egg
cake as a tea time snack
