  1. Slice the bananas into small pieces.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the sliced banana in it.
  3. Add the coconut and sugar and mix well.
  4. Then mix in the egg by stirring continuously.
  5. Stir in flame for 2-3 minutes more and take it from flame.
  6. Serve it as an evening snack or as lunch for your kids
