Instructions
  1. For preparing banana pancakes, take a bowl and mix in mashed banana`s, coconut milk, sugar, cardamom powder, egg, salt and maida. It should be a lump free batter.
  2. Then mix in the cashew nuts and raisins.
  3. Heat a frying pan and pour a ladle full of the batter. Make it in the shape of a dosa.
  4. Put a few drops of ghee on top. Fry on medium flame till the dosa is completely cooked and golden brown on both sides.
  5. Repeat similarly with remaining batter.
  6. Banana pancakes are ready. Serve hot as an evening snack or breakfast for kids.
