Banana Rice Flake – Easy Breakfast

  • Rice flakes – 3cups
  • Ripe bananas(medium) – 4nos
  • Sugar/Jaggery 1/2cup
  • Coconut(optional, grated) – 1/2cup
  1. In a vessel, heat rice flakes (without any oil/butter) for say 5 to 8 minutes on medium flame, till rice flakes starts shrinking.
  2. When done, keep it aside for it to cool.
  3. In another vessel, put in sugar, coconut and bananas (of course peeled) and mash it to a paste.
  4. Add the shrunk rice flakes to this paste and with your hand mix it and crunch these shrunk rice flakes.
  5. :- Serve on a plate with banana slices for decoration and your instant deliciously healthy breakfast is ready.
