Ingredients
Rice flakes –
3
cups
Ripe bananas(medium) –

nos
Sugar
/
Jaggery
–
1/2
cup
Coconut
(optional, grated) –
1/2
cup
Instructions
In a vessel, heat rice flakes (without any
oil
/butter) for say 5 to 8 minutes on medium flame, till rice flakes starts shrinking.
When done, keep it aside for it to cool.
In another vessel, put in
sugar
,
coconut
and bananas (of course peeled) and mash it to a paste.
Add the shrunk rice flakes to this paste and with your hand mix it and crunch these shrunk rice flakes.
:- Serve on a plate with
banana
slices for decoration and your instant deliciously healthy breakfast is ready.
