  • bananas sliced 1 cup –
  • Milk : 1 cup –
  • honey 3 sp –
  • curd 1 sp –
  • Ice cubes – 2 –
  • cinnamon powder a pinch –
  • yellow color (optiona) a pinch –
Instructions
  1. in a blender add bananas and milk
  2. add curd
  3. add honey, cinnamon,color
  4. Grind it altogether in a blender. Smoothie is ready.
