Bavarian Mousse
Ripe peach is blended with lemon juice, jelly, cream and sugar

  • Ripe peaches – 7nos
  • Jelly tablets(soaked in water) – 3nos
  • Lemon juices – 2tbsp
  • Single cream(cold) – 150g
  • Sugar 50g
  1. For preparing bavarian mousse, peel 6 peaches and remove the seed. Puree it in a blender.
  2. Add lemon juice, jelly tablets and sugar. Blend it for further 10 seconds. Put it a bowl and chill it in the fridge.
  3. Whip the cream until fluffy.
  4. Fold in the cream with the chilled puree and spoon the mousse into small dishes.
  5. Cut the remaining peach into slices and put it on top of the mousse.
  6. Bavarian mousse is ready. Decorate with mint leaves and serve chilled.
