  1. Mix together the finely chopped beans, shallots, chillies, grated coconut, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well with your hand so that the ingredients are well blended.
  2. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  3. Add mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
  4. Add dry red chillies and curry leaves to it.
  5. Add the beans mixture into the kadai and allow to cook it on low flame.
  6. :- Serve the healthy green dish with rice.
