  1. String the beans and slice thinly.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, stir in onions fry for a few seconds and add the chillies.
  3. Stir in French beans and sautT. Lower the heat, and cook the beans without adding water. (with the lid on)
  4. Season with salt and serve.
