French beans

(roughly chopped) –

(split in the middle) –

(for cooking) –

Instructions
String the beans and slice thinly.
Heat
oil
in a pan, stir in onions fry for a few seconds and add the chillies.
Stir in
French beans
and sautT. Lower the heat, and cook the beans without adding
water
. (with the lid on)
Season with
salt
and serve.
