  1. Marinate the meat with ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and vinegar.
  2. Put in the cooker and cook until partly tender.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai and fry the cooked beef.
  4. Remove into a bowl.
  5. Add curry leaves, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt in left out oil. Stir well.
  6. Add garlic and stir till it turn light golden colour.
  7. Add fried beef and mix well with all the masala.
  8. Add some pepper powder and vinegar and stir.
  9. Remove in a bowl.
