Curry leaves

(As reqd) –
Instructions
Marinate the meat with
ginger
garlic
paste,
salt
,
turmeric powder
and vinegar.
Put in the cooker and cook until partly tender.
Heat
oil
in a kadai and fry the cooked
beef
.
Remove into a bowl.
Add
curry leaves
,
chilli powder
,
turmeric powder
,
garam masala
powder and
salt
in left out
oil
. Stir well.
Add
garlic
and stir till it turn light golden colour.
Add fried
beef
and mix well with all the masala.
Add some
pepper powder
and vinegar and stir.
Remove in a bowl.
