For the beef balls:
- Boneless beef - 3 cups
- Onion(finely cubed, big) - 1 no
- garlic(paste) - 1 tbsp
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Oregano(finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Parsley(finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Gram flour(As reqd) -
- Eggs - 2 nos
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
For the gravy:
- Coconut(grated) - 1 no
- Potatoes(peeled and cubed) - 2 nos
- Tomatoes(finely choped) - 2 nos
- Onions(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Green chillies(split) - 2 nos
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Water(As reqd) -
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 3 springs
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- In a bowl mix in, ground beef, garlic paste, chilly powder, green chillies, onion, oregano, parsley, garam masala, pepper powder and eggs. Combine all well.
- Make small lemon sized balls out of the mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the meat balls for 10 minutes till it becomes brown in colour on low flame. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in pressure cooker and sautT the onions on low flame till it becomes transparent.
- Toss in the tomatoes, chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and curry leaves. Fry till the oil separates.
- Then add in the potatoes and pour in the water. Allow it to cook on slow flame till the potatoes are cooked.
