Beef with eggs and other ingredients

- Boneless beef - 1 cup
- Eggs - 10 nos
- Onion(finely cubed) - 2 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tsp) -
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 1 spring
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Grind the beef and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a vessel and sautT the onions till it becomes transparent.
- Then add in the ginger-garlic paste, salt and green chillies. SautT for 1 minute on low flame.
- Add in the pepper powder, ground beef, curry leaves and coriander leaves. Mix well and allow it to cook on low flame with the lid on for 2 minutes. Allow it to cool completely.
- Beat the 10 eggs in a bowl and toss in the beef masala. Mix it well.
- Heat oil in a non stick vessel on low flame.
- Pour the egg mixture in it and close the lid. Allow it to cook for 15-20 minutes on low flame.
- Beef cake is ready. Turn it over on a plate and serve immediately.
