Ingredients
- Beef - 1 kg
- Potatoes(cubed small and boiled) - 2 nos
- Onions(finely chopped) - 3 nos
- Ginger(minced) - 2 inch
- garlic(minced) - 5 cloves
- Green chillies(slit) - 3 nos
- Spinach - 2 bunches
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 1 bunch
- Mint leaves(chopped) - 8 springs
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 3 tsp
- Garam masala - 2 tsp
- Lime juice - 2 tbsp
- Fresh cream(beaten well) - 1/2 cup
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Marinate the beef with turmeric powder, 2 tsp pepper powder, salt and lime juice. Keep aside for 2 hours.
- Blanch the spinach leaves and leave to cool.
- Fry the beef till it becomes crispy and keep it aside.
- Grind the blanched spinach, coriander leaves and mint leaves into a smooth paste
- Add chilly powder, coriander powder and 1 tsp of garam masala.
- Then pour the leaves paste, required water and potatoes into this pan.
- Once the potatoes are cooked add the fried beef. Allow it to boil for some time.
- Then add fresh cream and stir. Lower the flame(don¦t let it boil).
- Garnish by sprinkling pepper powder and garam masala powder.
- Beef green gravy is ready. Serve hot with rice, bread, paratha etc.
