Ingredients
- Boneless beef(finely sliced) - 1/2 kg
- Onions(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Coconut milk powder - 1 tbsp
- Yogurt - 90 ml
- Chicken soup cube - 1 no
- Lime juice - 2 tbsp
- garlic(finely chopped) - 2 cloves
- Tomato(chopped) - 1 no
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 4 springs
- Coconut oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing beef in thick coconut flavored gravy, heat the coconut oil in a non stick vessel and sautT the onions till it becomes transparent.
- In the same bowl add in the yogurt. Keep it aside.
- Slowly pour in the yogurt mixture mixing it continuously.
- Then add in the pepper powder, coriander leaves and curry leaves. Allow it to simmer till the gravy becomes thick.
