  1. Heat oil in a presser cooker and sauté shallots and cardamom in it.
  2. Add ginger, garlic, cinnamon, green chilly and tomato and sauté it for 5 minutes.
  3. Add masalas and salt.
  4. Cook it with beef and water as required.
  5. Add coriander leaves.
