Ingredients
- Beef mince(washed) - 1/2 kg
- Onions(finely cubed) - 2 nos
- Tomatoes(finely cubed) - 2 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp) -
- Green chillies(chopped) - 3 nos
- Potatoes(peeled and cubed) - 2 nos
- Cinnamon - 1 inch
- Cloves - 3 nos
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Tomato puree - 3 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 4 springs
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Sprinkle in chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds and salt. Saute it for 2 minutes.
- Toss in the tomatoes and sautT till the oil separates.
- Pour in the tomato puree and mix it for 2 minutes.
- Now add in the beef mince and the potatoes. Mix it well, close the lid of the pressure cooker and allow it to cook.
- Once it is cooked garnish with coriander leaves.
- Beef mince curry is ready. Serve hot with chapathi, bread, kaboos, etc.
