Ingredients
- Beef(washed and cubed) - 500 g
- Spinach(washed, drained and finely chopped) - 250 g
- Onion(finely cubed) - 2 nos
- Ginger(chopped) - 1 tsp
- garlic - 3 cloves
- Green chillies - 5 nos
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 spring
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Dry red chillies - 2 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds(A pinch, Jeerakam) -
- Coconut oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing beef spinach gravy, first grind together dry red chillies, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and green chillies to a fine paste. Keep it aside.
- Heat coconut oil in a pressure cooker and sautT onions till it becomes transparent.
- Sprinkle in the garam masala and sautT well.
- Toss in the beef, curry leaves, salt and the ground paste with a little water. Mix well, close it with the lid and allow it to cook.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and pepper powder.
