Beef Steak Recipe
Thinly sliced beef cuts marinated in a mixture of pepper, sauce and later fried on both sides

  • Beef(thinly sliced) – 500g
  • Pepper corns(ground to fine powder) – 5nos
  • *Worcestershire Sauce – 1tsp
  • Ghee(As reqd) –
  • Bay leaves(As reqd, Karuga ela) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing beef steak recipe, first wash well the meat pieces and flatten each side with the blunt side of a knife.
  2. Prepare a mixture of pepper powder, sauce and required salt.
  3. Coat the beef pieces with the sauce mixture, bay leaves and keep overnight for marination.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the marinated beef pieces on both sides until crisp, tender and done.
  5. Beef steak recipe, a yummy dish, is ready. Serve hot.
