Beef filling stuffed in snake gourd with other ingredients

- Snake gourd(cleaned and chopped in 1 inch pieces, Padavalanga) - 1 no
- Boneless beef - 1/2 cup
- Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp) -
- Green chillies 2 nos(finely chopped) -
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Coconut(grated) - 2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 6 springs
- Egg(beaten) - 1 no
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing beef stuffed snake gourd, mince the beef in a blender and keep it aside.
- Then add the coriander powder, grated coconut, green chillies, chilly powder, curry leaves and cumin powder. Saute for some time on low flame.
- Open the lid and allow it to boil if there is any water.
- Then stuff the snake gourd with the filling.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Dip the stuffed snake gourd in the egg and fry it in the frying pan on low flame on all the sides.
- Beef stuffed snake gourd is ready. Serve hot.
