Ingredients
- Beef(boneless) - 500 g
- Black gram(soaked overnight, Uzhunnu parippu) - 1 cup
- Coconut(grated) - 1/2 cup
- Shallots(Kunjulli) - 1 cup
- Green chillies - 5 nos
- Pepper corns(crushed) - 1 tsp
- Ginger(crushed) - 2 inch
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Coriander leaves(Few) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Take a mixer and add beef, small onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves, ginger, black gram, grated coconut and salt. Grind it well.
- Add the crushed pepper corns into the beef mixture.
- Take a deep frying pan and heat oil on a medium flame.
- Take a spoon full of the beef mixture and fry it on both sides till it becomes brown.
- Beef vada is ready. Serve hot for breakfast or snacks.
