  1. For preparing beer batter chicken fry, take a bowl and add in maida and egg. Pour in the beer slowly mixing it continuously to make a thick batter.
  2. Add in pepper powder and salt.
  3. Keep it in the fridge for 1/2 an hour.
  4. Remove the batter from the fridge and mix it.
  5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  6. Dip the chicken pieces into the batter and deep fry it in oil on low flame till it turns golden brown in colour.
  7. Serve it in a plate lined with tissue paper to absorb the excess oil.
  8. Beer batter chicken fry is ready. Serve hot.
