  • For preparing beer batter duck fry, take a bowl and add in maida and egg. Pour in the beer slowly mixing it continuously to make a thick batter.
  • Add in pepper powder and salt.
  • Keep it in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Remove the batter from the fridge and mix it.
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  • Dip the duck into the batter and deep fry it in oil on low flame till it turns golden brown in colour.
  • Serve it in a plate lined with tissue paper to absorb the excess oil.
  • Beer batter duck fry is ready. Serve hot.
