Beer Batter Duck Fry
Duck is dipped in a batter of beer and other ingredients

chopped in big pieces

cups
All purpose flour
Maida
1

Egg
Beer
As reqd
1/2
tsp
Pepper powder
Oil
As reqd
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing beer batter duck fry, take a bowl and add in maida and
egg
. Pour in the beer slowly mixing it continuously to make a thick batter.
Add in
pepper powder
and
salt
.
Keep it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Remove the batter from the fridge and mix it.
Heat
oil
in a deep frying pan.
Dip the duck into the batter and deep fry it in
oil
on low flame till it turns golden brown in colour.
Serve it in a plate lined with tissue paper to absorb the excess
oil
.
Beer batter duck fry is ready. Serve hot.
