Instructions
- For preparing beer batter duck fry, take a bowl and add in maida and egg. Pour in the beer slowly mixing it continuously to make a thick batter.
- Add in pepper powder and salt.
- Keep it in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Remove the batter from the fridge and mix it.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
- Dip the duck into the batter and deep fry it in oil on low flame till it turns golden brown in colour.
- Serve it in a plate lined with tissue paper to absorb the excess oil.
- Beer batter duck fry is ready. Serve hot.
