  • ragi vermicelli 1 large bowl –
  • onions sliced 1 cup –
  • red and green chili 4nos(together) –
  • Curry leaves Few –
  • grated carrots 1 cup –
  • grated beetroot 1 cup –
  • mustard 1 sp –
  • urad dal 1 sp –
  1. first soak ragi vermicelli for 2 minutes in water
  2. squeeze water and steam it for 10 minutes
  3. in a kadai saute mustard urad dal, curry leaf, onion and chillies
  4. now add the grated vegetables and salt
  5. put the steamed ragi vermecelli to it and mix gently
  6. serve hot
