Black Channa Quick Gravy
This is a all time favorite side dish for roti lovers.this is a simple method of preparing a good healthy gravy.

Ingredients
  • black channa 1 cup (soak it overnight) –
  • onions 1/2 cup chopped –
  • tomatoes 1 cup chopped –
  • ginger garlic paste 1 sp –
  • potato chopped 1/2 cup –
  • chilli powder 2 sp –
  • dhania powder 2 sp –
  • turmeric powder 1/2 sp –
  • Salt
  • kasturi methi 2 sp –
Instructions
  1. saute bay leaf with onions
  2. add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste
  3. add potatoes
  4. add soaked channa
  5. add chilli powder, dhania powder,turmeric, and salt
  6. add water close lid and cook for 2 whistles. finally add kasturi methi and serve
