  • 6 cups Pineapple juice
  • 4 cups Lemonade chilled
  • 3 cups Blue curacao
  • 3 cups Dry gin
  • Pineapple wedges fresh


  • For preparing blue lagoon, place the pineapple juice in a shallow metal container. Cover with foil and place in the freezer for 4 hours.
  • Roughly break up the frozen pineapple juice with a metal spoon and quickly transfer it into a food processor. Process until smooth.
  • Transfer to a large jug.
  • Add in the lemonade and stir until it combines.
  • Pour the blue curacao and gin among the glasses. Pour over the pineapple mixture.
  • Blue lagoon is ready. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve immediately.
