- Chicken - 1/2 kg
- Onion(paste) - 1 no
- Tomato(paste) - 1 no
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tsp) -
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 2 springs
- Mint leaves(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Lime juice - 1 tbsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with chilly powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt and pepper powder.
- Then add in the ginger-garlic paste, salt and tomato paste. Fry it well with curry leaves.
- Add in the marinated chicken and lime juice. Mix it well.
- Garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
- Boiled chicken dry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti.
