Boneless Chicken Biriyani (Kozhi Biryani)
this is a different recipe and its my new version and i twist with boneless curry and brinji rice with made boneless biriyani. its out of the world

Ingredients
  • Boneless Chicken – 1/2kg
  • Seeraga Samba Rice – 1/2kg
  • Curd – 200gm
  • Ginger garlic paste – 2tbsp
  • Green chili – 4
  • Mint and coriander(one hand) –
  • Tomato – 2grind
  • Onion – 2
  • Red chili powder – 1tsp
  • Salt(as per taste) –
  • Cloves – 5
  • Cinnamon – 4
  • Cardamom – 4
  • Bay leaf – 2
  • saffron / food color – 1pinch
  • Oil – 5tbsp
  • Ghee – 2tbsp
  • Lime juice – 1tsp
  • water 3.5 cups –
Instructions
  1. Clean Boneless chicken and keep aside.soak rice
  2. Now strain curd with strainer and keep aside hung curd will form after 2 hours
  3. In chicken add ginger garlic paste and add red chili, salt and lime juice mix well and marinate for 1 – 2 hours
  4. In pan add half portion of oil and ghee and temper clove,cinnamon, cardamon half and bay leaf
  5. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes
  6. Now add 2 green chili and mint and coriander saute for a minute
  7. Now add 1 tsp curd and mix well
  8. Now add rice and saute till water drain and add salt
  9. Now add water 3.5 cups and cook 3/4th percent and drain
  10. Now keep aside and allow to cool
  11. Take two tbsp and mix with saffron or food color and keep aside
  12. heat kadai and add oil, ghee and temper spices
  13. Now add onion and green chili and saute well and take some fried onions for garnish
  14. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute well
  15. Now add tomato and saute well till raw smell goes
  16. Now add marinate chicken saute well till it cooks
  17. Now add little mint and coriander and mix well
  18. Now add in heavy bottom pan grease oil add chicken curry
  19. Now add rice and layer color rice and fried onions too
  20. Now sprinkle mint and close with lid and keep dum in stove with double stand for 10 minutes
  21. Now its ready to serve. fluff with fork and mix well
