Instructions
  1. For preparing boneless chicken fougath, make a paste out of coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, cinnamon powder, vinegar, salt, cloves powder and cardamom powder.
  2. In a vessel cook the chicken with the above paste till it becomes tender. Remove it from the flame.
  3. Shred the chicken and keep it aside.
  4. Heat coconut oil in a vessel and splutter the mustard seeds.
  5. Then add in the shredded chicken with cumin seeds, grated coconut, curry leaves, green chillies and onions.
  6. Mix it well till all the water has absorbed completely.
  7. Boneless chicken fougath is ready. Serve hot with rice as a side dish.
