  • Raw Rice 1cup
  • Boiled rice – 1cup
  • Urad dal – 1/2cup
  • Bottle gourd 4cups
  • Curry leaves and coriander leaves(small amount) –
  • Jeera – 1/2tsp
  • Red chili – 3
  • Salt(as needed) –
  • Oil as needed –
  1. Soak rice and dal separate for 4 hours
  2. In grinder add one by one rice and dal
  3. Add red chili and bottle gourd in grinder and grind coarsely
  4. Transfer to bowl and add salt and curry and coriander leaves and jeera
  5. Allow to 2 hour fermentation and make dosa in tawa . cook both side with oil
  6. Now its ready to serve with chutney. serve hot
