Ingredients
  • Bread slices(sides removed) – 3nos
  • Sugar 6tsp
  • Agar(agar – 10 gm) –
  • Vanilla Essence – 1/2tsp
  • Milk 1cup
  • Water 1/2cup
Instructions
  1. Soak agar in water for 10 mins.
  2. Drain the water.
  3. Boil it in 1/2 cup of milk until dissolved completely.
  4. In another bowl, take milk and bread together.
  5. Allow the bread to absorb the milk.
  6. Add sugar and vanilla essence to it.
  7. In a bowl, mix the agar mixture with bread.
  8. Steam it for 10 – 15 mins.
  9. Refrigerate it.
  10. Garnish with caramilised cashew nut.
