  • Bread – 1packet
  • Boiled Eggs – 3
  • Beef masala(as required) –
  • Milk 1½
  • Chilly powder – 1/4tsp
  • Salt(as required) –
  • Oil(as required) –
  1. Mix milk, chilly powder and salt as required.
  2. Slice the boiled eggs in half.
  3. Take a slice of bread, dip it in the milk and squeeze the excess milk with care.
  4. Spoon in 1 tsp of beef masala and place one slice of the boiled eggs.
  5. Take another slice of bread, dip it in milk and squeeze the milk and place it above the first bread slice and slowly roll it in your palms to make a ball.
  6. Repeat the same with the remaining bread slice, eggs, and beef masala.
  7. Fry it in oil, one at a time with care not to break the balls.
  8. Serve it sliced.
