Brinjal Roll
Delicious rolls of breaded eggplant with the taste of eggplant are stuffed and baked. for the first time i tried in my home and came out well and all my family members love to have as a snack with tea.

  • Egg plant 1 no. ( large) –
  • Aloo 2 no. –
  • Onion : 1 no –
  • Tomato : 1 no –
  • oil 5 tsp –
  • lemon 1/2 no. –
  • red chili powder 1/2 tsp –
  • Salt to taste –
  • Bread slice 4 no. –
  • Maida 4 tsp –
  1. roast the egg plant, tomato and onion direct to the flame,
  2. boil the aloo and smash it
  3. in a bowl add egg plant, tomato and onion and smash it and salt, red chili powder add lime juice and mix it
  4. now add smashed aloo to the brinjal and mix well
  5. cut the corner of the bread and dip in the water and filter the water
  6. stuff the brinjal masala and cover it
  7. dust with the maida
  8. bake the brinjal roll for 30 mins
  9. now brinjal roll is ready to serve
